We accept cash and personal checks.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8AM-4PM, but if you decide to contact us after our business hours, we will be glad to always check the messages, mail, voicemails and get back to you as soon as possible.
To book an appointment we require a valid credit card to put on file. Payment is due at the time of the service. If no cash or check is provided, we will process in full all the amounts owed using the credit card on file.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or if we are unable to enter the house at the time of cleaning, a cancellation fee of half of the cost of the schedule cleaning will be charged.
If a cleaning appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, rather than canceled, a fee of 25$ will be charged.
Return Check Fee
Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee that will be added to your account.
Service Quality Guarantee
Supreme Home cleaning provides outstanding cleaning services for all our clients. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the cleaning services offered, we require to notify us within 48 hours of service. We will try to solve/correct the problem. If we don’t receive notice within 48 hours or if you decide to fix the problem on your own, we will not be able to solve it nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience.
Before scheduling the cleaning appointment with our company, please inform us if you have any pets. We prefer them away from the area we have to clean, so we could be able to give you the best service.
Limitations not included in our cleaning
-cleaning homes that have been infested with bed bugs
-cleaning cat litter box
-handling of pet feces
-hand washing clothes
-providing laundry services, if the laundry system is not in the building
Supreme Home cleaning works most of the holidays, however our office will be closed on Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and Day and Thanksgiving Day.
Supreme Home Cleaning is happy to provide this courtesy service. Please inform our office staff at booking if you would like us to provide appointments reminders.
